To say times are difficult would be a gross understatement—and I know everyone knows and understands this quite well these days.  I am not the only one that’s feeling this way.  I’m not the only one that’s sick of reading “The world after COIVD” takes,  and I’m certainly not the only one who needs a manicure and a color touch up. . .badly.  I think the most difficult thing about this time is not having others around to comfort us, but it’s often the little things and subtle messages that make us feel better and help us get through.

I don’t want to air a list of grievances right now; (we’ve certainly read enough of that).  I want, rather, to take this opportunity to thank you all.  I can’t tell you how much responses to shipment to delays, ordering coming in despite the hardship everyone is facing, and messages of encouragement for our small business during this time have warmed our hearts.  We’ve had customers refuse refunds for extreme shipping delays, customers refuse free gifts, and shoppers forego coupon codes in solidarity.  And your emails—my goodness—I cannot express how much we appreciate your kind and encouraging words.  Responding to customer service inquiries isn’t the easiest or most fun part of running a business, as I’m sure you can imagine, but during this time, the kindness, patience, and understanding that oozes from each one of your messages has been touching.

So thank you.  Thank you for the support.  Thank you for the patience.  Thank you for the kindness and the patronage.  We’re still here and are so excited to see you all again at pop ups, art fairs, and community events.  Until then, we’re here online.  And while it may seem like we’re all alone, thank you for reminding us that we’re also together.

As a token of our appreciation, If you’d like to do any shopping, please do consider using code ALONETOGETHER for 15% off.
